Kollab Kreate is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We believe everyone has a story worth telling — and everyone should be able to access ours.

This statement explains how we approach accessibility, where we currently stand, and how to get in touch if something is not working for you.

OUR COMMITMENT
We want every visitor to be able to read, navigate and engage with our content comfortably. We design and maintain this website with accessibility in mind, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off task.

THE STANDARD WE WORK TOWARDS
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. These guidelines set out how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments.

We consider this website to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to identify and resolve those areas.

WHAT WE DO TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBILITY
We take a number of measures to keep this website accessible, including:

  • Using clear, plain language wherever possible

  • Maintaining strong colour contrast between text and its background

  • Structuring pages with proper headings so they can be navigated with assistive technology

  • Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard

  • Providing meaningful text alternatives for images that carry information

  • Adding captions to our video content so that founder stories and films can be followed without sound
     

VIDEO AND FILM CONTENT
As a film studio, video is central to what we do. We aim to provide captions for the video content published on this website. Where a film relies on spoken narrative, we work towards making transcripts available on request. If you would like a transcript, or an accessible version of any film, please contact us using the details below and we will be glad to help.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are aware of and working to improve include:

  • Some older video content may not yet carry full captions

  • Certain embedded or third-party content may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site
     

We are committed to addressing these as part of our ongoing review.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
This website is built and hosted on Wix Studio, and relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers.
