OUR FOUNDER
Kollab Kreate was founded by Kimberley Ford an actress turned director who understands story from both sides of the lens.
Before moving behind the camera, Kimberley trained as an actor, developing a deep understanding of character, emotion and the moments that shape people. It was this foundation that led her to later study filmmaking, where she graduated with a First-Class degree in Independent Film Production.
This dual perspective is what defines her work today. Kimberley doesn’t just film businesses she understands people. She understands what drives founders, what shapes their decisions and how their experiences translate into trust
Kimberley brings both empathy and strategic clarity to the process. She knows what it feels like to build something meaningful, and how difficult it can be to communicate that journey in a way that resonates commercially.
This is why she is uniquely placed to tell founder stories. Not as a marketer. But as a director and storyteller who understands how personal narrative becomes belief and how belief becomes trust and ultimately, how trust becomes growth.
